  promotional material online
*To meet demands of promoters wishing to view client's promotional material in a
  boardroom setting with no internet access
*To re-package client by connecting all elements of promotional material to the
  client's new compact disc recording
*To create a package that client can reproduce one at a time from materials found
  at a local office supply store

The Colors
The client's recent album had shades of green that reflected an "Irish" feel.
Using this "feel", the rest of the package was created to match the album.















The Photos
The client underwent an image change through a 340 picture photo shoot at 8 locations.
All but a few of the photos were taken outdoors in an effort to match the "feel" of the album.

The Theme
The client's music was a big influence in this re-packaging. His music has a "dream" quality, reflective
and thought provoking. It was the intent to create a package that reflected a serene
atmosphere of thought.

The package is housed in a simple white Duo-Tang folder.
Easy ink-jet labels are used for the cover.
The package includes all of the client's website information, plus a brochure, demo cd, and demo concert DVD, booking agreement, business card and additional press releases.
The tiered pages in the folder contain the following:
*contact information
*personal information
*ministry description
*news releases
*music history and recording history
*reviews
*photo gallery
*The booking agreement has a complete technical rider and stage plot

Everything in the package can be printed from a standard ink jet printer.
With the inclusion of a complete booking agreement, technical rider and stage plot, the client may choose to close a booking over the phone without having to send additional materials.
